Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and transparently as possible. Please review the information below to understand how processing, shipping, and delivery are handled.

 


 

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.

Orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends.

Please note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery estimates may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance or inspections

  • Courier or postal service delays

  • Destination location

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

If your delivery is delayed, our support team is happy to review your shipment status and provide assistance.

 


 


Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation Email

  2. A Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number

You can track your order using the “View My Order” link in these emails. Tracking updates usually become available 3–4 business days after dispatch.

 


 

Customer Responsibility for Delivery

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive packages.

Packages are generally held for up to 15 days. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned, destroyed, or disposed of by the carrier, the order will be considered fulfilled, and additional fees may apply for reshipment.

 


 

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and results in delivery failure:

  • HarveyRoss is not liable for the undelivered package.

  • A reshipment may be requested, subject to a $19 USD reshipment fee.

If an order is:

  • Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Unclaimed or unavailable for delivery

the courier may return, dispose of, or destroy the package in accordance with their policies. The order will then be considered fulfilled, and a refund may not be available.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at contact@harveyross-care.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

 


 

Delivered but Not Received

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your order, please:

  1. Confirm Your Shipping Address
    Ensure the address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

  2. Check Nearby Locations
    Look around common delivery areas such as porches, mailboxes, garages, reception desks, or secure drop-off locations.
    Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Contact the Carrier
    Reach out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to request delivery confirmation.

  4. File a Carrier Claim
    If the package remains missing, you may file a claim directly with the carrier. Carriers are responsible for investigating delivery confirmations and loss claims.

While we are always happy to assist with guidance, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for orders marked as Delivered by the carrier.

By placing an order with HarveyRoss, you acknowledge and agree to our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Please note:

  • Orders are shipped according to the address provided at checkout.

  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered received.

  • Reshipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $19 USD reshipment fee.
