Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines

Intimate or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Other items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Downloadable software
-
Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any consumable product that has been used, opened, tested, or partially consumed
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@harveyross-care.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will know you returned the item.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Policy
At Harvey Ross, we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility if it is later reported as not received.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Verify the delivery address provided at checkout.

Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, behind bushes) and ask neighbors or building management.

Contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri, etc.) directly with your tracking number for more details.

File a claim with the carrier if the package remains missing.
Important:
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. By purchasing, you agree to these shipping and delivery terms.
Order Cancellation & Return Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service by email or phone.
After 2 hours, orders are automatically processed and shipped, and can no longer be canceled or refunded prior to delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or damaged goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
